• Processing Time: We lovingly prepare each order, and it will be ready to ship within 2–3 weeks of placing your order.
• Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll do our best to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible once they’re on their way.
• Where We Ship: At the moment, we’re shipping all across India.

🎀 Payment Policy

• No Cash on Delivery (COD):
  We currently do not offer COD. All orders are to be paid online in advance through our secure payment methods.

🎀 Returns & Exchanges

• Applicable On: Returns and exchanges are available only on our handmade collections and only in case of sizing issues.
• Return Window: You have 2 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

🎀 For Damages or Defects:

• An unboxing video is required to claim any damage or defect.
• Please send the video to us within 2 days of receiving your order.

🎀 How to Request a Return:

• Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you with the return shipping steps.
• Items sent back without prior approval will sadly not be accepted.

We always pack with care, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right for you.
